What should I bring for the cruise?

We recommend bringing swimwear, sunscreen, sunglasses, warm clothing (for November to March), insect repellent, comfortable walking shoes, any personal medication, and a valid passport for check-in. It’s also helpful to have some cash, a phone with an internet-enabled SIM card, and of course, a camera to capture Halong Bay’s stunning scenery. Don’t forget to pack a good appetite and a positive attitude to fully enjoy your cruise experience!

How does the pickup and drop-off work?

We provide pickup and drop-off services from Hanoi Old Quarter, Ninh Binh Center, and Ha Long City. You can choose between a comfortable bus or a luxury limousine, depending on your package. After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation with your exact pickup time and location. We ensure a smooth and timely transfer to and from your destination.

Do they cater to special dietary requirements?

Yes, we offer vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other special meals upon request. Please let us know your dietary needs at least 24 hours before departure so we can prepare accordingly.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

Our cancellation policy varies depeding on how early you cancel: More than 20 days before departure: Full refund 10-20 days before departure: 50% refund 7-10 days before departure: 30% refund Less than 7 days or no-show: No refund Please refer to our full cancellation policy on the booking page for more details.

What is the child policy?

Children from 1 to under 5 years old: Free of charge if they share meals and bed with parents (extra costs may apply). Children from 5 to under 10 years old: 75% of the adult price, sharing a room with parents. Children 10 years old and above are charged as adults. 1 child under 5 is allowed per 2 adults. The second child will be charged 50% of the adult price.

Is travel insurance included?

No. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance in your home country before your trip for full coverage, including medical emergencies, trip interruptions, and cancellations.

DAY 1: HALONG – LAN HA BAY (L/D)

07:45-08:30 | Our bus will pick you up from your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarters to Ha Long Bay. (We also pick-up from Ninh Binh or Ha Long City upon request).

11:30 | Arrive at Bhaya Cruise Center, located within the Tuan Chau International Marina.

12:00 | Board The Au Co and check out your cabin before heading to the Halong Restaurant for a safety briefing and meeting the Cruise Manager and the crew.

12:30 | Enjoy lunch as the Au Co cruises towards the southeast of Halong Bay, passing Trong Mai Islet, Ngon Tay Islet, Con Coc Islet.

14:30 | Start your excursion by biking or riding an electric cart through the lush greenery of the coastal village. Get to know the typical life of Northern villagers and learn more about “Bhaya Community Farm” & “Save the Langurs”, two of Bhaya Cruises’ corporate social responsibilities’ projects. At Bhaya Cafe, take your time to enjoy the verdant fields dotted with wandering buffalos while having fun making a refreshing glass of “mojitea” using Bhaya’s special recipe or trying your hand at making “Bánh Cuốn” (steam rice rolls) – an extremely popular dish in Northern Vietnam.

17:00 | Return to the vessel and enjoy swimming in the emerald lagoon where the ship anchors.

08:15 | Back to the boat and prepare your luggage for check out. Breakfast continues to be served in the restaurant.

09:30 | Get ready to check out and settle your bills at the reception area.

10:00 | Disembark at Tuan Chau harbor. Good bye and see you again!
