What should I bring for the cruise?

We recommend bringing swimwear, sunscreen, sunglasses, warm clothing (for November to March), insect repellent, comfortable walking shoes, any personal medication, and a valid passport for check-in. It's also helpful to have some cash, a phone with an internet-enabled SIM card, and of course, a camera to capture Halong Bay’s stunning scenery. Don’t forget to pack a good appetite and a positive attitude to fully enjoy your cruise experience!

How does the pickup and drop-off work?

We provide pickup and drop-off services from Hanoi Old Quarter, Ninh Binh Center, and Ha Long City. You can choose between a comfortable bus or a luxury limousine, depending on your package. After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation with your exact pickup time and location. We ensure a smooth and timely transfer to and from your destination.

Do they cater to special dietary requirements?

Yes, we offer vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other special meals upon request. Please let us know your dietary needs at least 24 hours before departure so we can prepare accordingly.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

Our cancellation policy varies depeding on how early you cancel: - More than 20 days before departure: Full refund - 10 - 20 days before departure: 50% refund - 7- 10 days before departure: 30% refund - Less than 7 days or no-show: No refund Please refer to our full cancellation policy on the booking page for more details.

What is the child policy?

- Children from 1 to under 5 years old: Free of charge if they share meals and bed with parents (extra costs may apply). - Children from 5 to under 10 years old: 75% of the adult price, sharing a room with parents. - Children 10 years old and above are charged as adults. 1 child under 5 is allowed per 2 adults. The second child will be charged 50% of the adult price.

Is travel insurance included?

No. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance in your home country before your trip for full coverage, including medical emergencies, trip interruptions, and cancellations.

DAY 1: HANOI – HALONG BAY – LAN HA BAY (L/D)

07:45-08:30 | Our bus will pick you up from your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarters to Ha Long Bay. (We also pick-up from Ninh Binh or Ha Long City upon request).

09:00 | Departure to Halong Bay for 2.5 Hours.

10:30 | Arrive in Hai Duong province and have a 20 minute short break.

11:30 – 12:00 | Arrive at Tuan Chau harbor.

12:00 – 12:30 | Transferred by speedboat to Rita Cruise. Welcome to Rita Cruise and enjoy Welcome drink, meet the captain, crew to get a brief introduction about cruise and safety guidelines. Check-in your cabin.

13:00 – 13h30 | Enjoy Vietnamese seafood buffet or set menu lunch, while cruising in the magnificent Halong Bay, admiring the fascinating rock formations in the bay. Continuing cruising through Con Vit islet (Duck Islet), Thumb islet and Gia Luan Harbor belonged to Cat Ba area.

15:00 | Mingling yourself in the stunning views of the Bay and its dramatic limestone islets as we sail through the calm emerald waters heading to Dark & Bright Cave (Hang Sang & Toi). Customers will participate in outdoor activities and choose options between Kayaking Or sitting on a bamboo boat for about 1 hour.

16:00 | The Ship moves to Tra Bau Beach and reaches there at 16h50.

17:30 – 18:30 | Enjoy Afternoon Tea Party with free freshly prepared snacks, fruit and your ordered favorite drinks while waiting for sunset on Lan Ha Bay. Take advantage of the Happy hours “Buy 2 get 1 free” drink program at the Mimosa Cafe Lounge and the Sky bar on 5th floor

18:30 – 19:10 | Join cooking class guided directly by Chef Rita Cruise. You have a chance to practice Vietnamese traditional dishes such as spring roll or famous cuisine of Vietnam.

19:10 – 19:30 | Dinner will be served at the restaurant on the 4th floor. After dinner, you have free time to participate in nightlife activities such as Squid Fishing on the 1st floor, listen to music, enjoy drinks or singing Karaoke in our special room on 5th floor, please contact us to register.

DAY 2: LAN HA BAY - TAI CHI LESSON – FROG POND AREA – HANOI (B/ L)

06:30 – 07:00 | Tai-chi exercise at 5th floor Sundeck to welcome a new day (Optional)

07:00 – 7:45 | Morning view of the bay’s landscape with a cup of tea or coffee then having breakfast at our restaurant.

08:00 | The Ship Passed by the Frog Pond area for sightseeing where the Hollywood blockbuster movie King Kong was filmed.

09:30 | Back to your cabin, relax and carefully check all the luggage before leaving your cabin. Check-out from the private cabin and enjoy a fantastic cruise on the bay for room service. Complete check-out procedure.

10:00 | Have buffet lunch at the cruise while cruising towards the port.

11:00 – 11:20 | Back to Tuan Chau pier by tender boat.

15:00 – 15:30 | After the cruise tour, Our bus will drop you off at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarters. ( Drop-off in Ninh Binh or Ha Long City is also available upon request).
