What should I bring for the cruise?

We recommend bringing swimwear, sunscreen, sunglasses, warm clothing (for November to March), insect repellent, comfortable walking shoes, any personal medication, and a valid passport for check-in. It’s also helpful to have some cash, a phone with an internet-enabled SIM card, and of course, a camera to capture Halong Bay’s stunning scenery. Don’t forget to pack a good appetite and a positive attitude to fully enjoy your cruise experience!

How does the pickup and drop-off work?

We provide pickup and drop-off services from Hanoi Old Quarter, Ninh Binh Center, and Ha Long City. You can choose between a comfortable bus or a luxury limousine, depending on your package. After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation with your exact pickup time and location. We ensure a smooth and timely transfer to and from your destination.

Do they cater to special dietary requirements?

Yes, we offer vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other special meals upon request. Please let us know your dietary needs at least 24 hours before departure so we can prepare accordingly.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

Our cancellation policy varies depeding on how early you cancel: More than 20 days before departure: Full refund 10-20 days before departure: 50% refund 7-10 days before departure: 30% refund Less than 7 days or no-show: No refund Please refer to our full cancellation policy on the booking page for more details.

What is the child policy?

Children from 1 to under 5 years old: Free of charge if they share meals and bed with parents (extra costs may apply). Children from 5 to under 10 years old: 75% of the adult price, sharing a room with parents. Children 10 years old and above are charged as adults. 1 child under 5 is allowed per 2 adults. The second child will be charged 50% of the adult price.

Is travel insurance included?

No. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance in your home country before your trip for full coverage, including medical emergencies, trip interruptions, and cancellations.

DAY 1: HANOI - BAI TU LONG BAY

12:00 | Warmly welcomed by Signature Team in Halong International Harbour. Complete the luggage check-in procedure at the waiting lounge before boarding for the cruise.

12:45 | Transferred to the Signature Cruise by a tender boat. The Cruise Manager and the whole crew member welcome you onboard, a safety briefing and clearing out the itinerary will be delivered while you are enjoying our signature welcome drink.

13:00 | Lunch is served at our cozy restaurant. As the cruise departs towards Bai Tu Long Bay a hidden gem of Halong Bay Complex, absorb yourself in the gorgeous scenery and famous sights of limestone.

15:00 | The boat anchors at the Cong Do area, a perfect spot for guests to go kayaking among majestic limestone mountains and enjoy swimming freely at pristine beaches. Guests can also relax on the endless stretches of white sandy shores, surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty.

14:45 | The cruise stops at Vung Vieng Floating fishing village, a wealthy fishing village and had its reputation for culturing pearls. Here we have time to discover the life and culture of fishing people by kayaking.

17:30 | A Cooking Demonstration of traditional Vietnamese dishes will be organized by Athena Head Chef.

DAY 2: BAI TU LONG BAY - HANOI

06:30 | Good morning the Bay by joining Tai-Chi Exercise on the sundeck in 30 minutes whilst cruising to “Thien Canh Son” Cave.

07:00 | A light breakfast is ready to serve at the restaurant.

08:00 | Visit “Thien Canh Son” cave – Thien Canh Son Cave is comprised of three caverns in total, each one strewn with stalactites and stalagmites. 200 steps is waiting for your legs, ready to beat it. Walking long the white sand beach and Bai Tu Long paradise view.

09:00 | Come back to Signature cruise, relax and pack the luggage. Leave the luggage outside the door. Signature team will collect and get them ready on the Pier.

09:30 | Enjoy a brunch buffet at the restaurant after check-out while cruising toward the port.

10:45 | Transfer by tender back to Halong International Habour and disembarkation. Farewell to guests.
