What should I bring for the cruise?

We recommend bringing swimwear, sunscreen, sunglasses, warm clothing (for November to March), insect repellent, comfortable walking shoes, any personal medication, and a valid passport for check-in. It’s also helpful to have some cash, a phone with an internet-enabled SIM card, and of course, a camera to capture Halong Bay’s stunning scenery. Don’t forget to pack a good appetite and a positive attitude to fully enjoy your cruise experience!

How does the pickup and drop-off work?

We provide pickup and drop-off services from Hanoi Old Quarter, Ninh Binh Center, and Ha Long City. You can choose between a comfortable bus or a luxury limousine, depending on your package. After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation with your exact pickup time and location. We ensure a smooth and timely transfer to and from your destination.

Do they cater to special dietary requirements?

Yes, we offer vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other special meals upon request. Please let us know your dietary needs at least 24 hours before departure so we can prepare accordingly.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

What is the child policy?

Children from 1 to under 5 years old: Free of charge if they share meals and bed with parents (extra costs may apply). Children from 5 to under 10 years old: 75% of the adult price, sharing a room with parents. Children 10 years old and above are charged as adults. 1 child under 5 is allowed per 2 adults. The second child will be charged 50% of the adult price.

DAY 1: HA NOI - HA LONG BAY - LAN HA BAY

8:15 – 8:45: Our bus will pick you up from your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarters to Ha Long Bay. (We also pick-up from Ninh Binh or Ha Long City upon request).

11:45 – 12:00: Arrival at Tuan Chau marina and check-in to Sapphire cruise.

12:45 – 13:00: Welcome aboard Sapphire cruise, enjoy a refreshing welcome drink, and meet the captain and crew for a briefing and safety instructions.

13:00 – 13:15: Special Vietnamese lunch served while sailing through Islets of Con Vit.

16:00: Cruise through Lan Ha Bay, surrounded by extraordinary limestone karsts landscapes. Enjoy kayaking and swimming in the crystal-clear waters of the Bay.

17:30: Return to the Cruise. Enjoy cooking demonstration (teaching you how to make our specialty such as spring rolls) and the complimentary Sunset Party on the sundeck with local wine and fresh fruit.

19:00: Dinner is served in the restaurant. After dinner, retire to your cabin or participate in onboard activities such as fishing excursion, watch a movie, have a drink at the bar, wifi access or play exciting games.

DAY 2: DARK & BRIGHT CAVE - LAN HA BAY - HA LONG BAY - HANOI

6:00: Enjoy sunrise and admire the never-ending miraculous scenery of the Bay. Practice an invigorating Tai Chi session on the sundeck.

6:30: Light breakfast, coffee and tea served.

7:00: Visit Dark & Bright Cave and islets by local rowing boats which is a wild and mysterious beauty in the middle of the World Heritage.

9:15: Back to the Cruise, relax before checking out.

10:00: Lunch is served on board.

12:00: Disembark at the Tuan Chau marina by tender. Take our shuttle bus or limousine to return to Hanoi.

15:00 – 15:30: After Sapphire cruise tour, Our bus will drop you off at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarters. ( Drop-off in Ninh Binh or Ha Long City is also available upon request).
