We recommend bringing swimwear, sunscreen, sunglasses, warm clothing (for November to March), insect repellent, comfortable walking shoes, any personal medication, and a valid passport for check-in. It&#8217;s also helpful to have some cash, a phone with an internet-enabled SIM card, and of course, a camera to capture Halong Bay’s stunning scenery.
Don’t forget to pack a good appetite and a positive attitude to fully enjoy your cruise experience!

How does the pickup and drop-off work?

We provide pickup and drop-off services from Hanoi Old Quarter, Ninh Binh Center, and Ha Long City. You can choose between a comfortable bus or a luxury limousine, depending on your package. After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation with your exact pickup time and location. We ensure a smooth and timely transfer to and from your destination.

Yes, we offer vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other special meals upon request. Please let us know your dietary needs at least 24 hours before departure so we can prepare accordingly.

Our cancellation policy varies depeding on how early you cancel:

More than 20 days before departure: Full refund
10-20 days before departure: 50% refund
7-10 days before departure: 30% refund
Less than 7 days or no-show: No refund

What is the child policy?

Children from 1 to under 5 years old: Free of charge if they share meals and bed with parents (extra costs may apply).
Children from 5 to under 10 years old: 75% of the adult price, sharing a room with parents.
Children 10 years old and above are charged as adults.
1 child under 5 is allowed per 2 adults. The second child will be charged 50% of the adult price.
