What should I bring for the cruise?

We recommend bringing swimwear, sunscreen, sunglasses, warm clothing (for November to March), insect repellent, comfortable walking shoes, any personal medication, and a valid passport for check-in. It’s also helpful to have some cash, a phone with an internet-enabled SIM card, and of course, a camera to capture Halong Bay’s stunning scenery. Don’t forget to pack a good appetite and a positive attitude to fully enjoy your cruise experience!

How does the pickup and drop-off work?

We provide pickup and drop-off services from Hanoi Old Quarter, Ninh Binh Center, and Ha Long City. You can choose between a comfortable bus or a luxury limousine, depending on your package. After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation with your exact pickup time and location. We ensure a smooth and timely transfer to and from your destination.

Do they cater to special dietary requirements?

Yes, we offer vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other special meals upon request. Please let us know your dietary needs at least 24 hours before departure so we can prepare accordingly.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

Our cancellation policy varies depeding on how early you cancel: More than 20 days before departure: Full refund 10-20 days before departure: 50% refund 7-10 days before departure: 30% refund Less than 7 days or no-show: No refund Please refer to our full cancellation policy on the booking page for more details.

What is the child policy?

Children from 1 to under 5 years old: Free of charge if they share meals and bed with parents (extra costs may apply). Children from 5 to under 10 years old: 75% of the adult price, sharing a room with parents. Children 10 years old and above are charged as adults. 1 child under 5 is allowed per 2 adults. The second child will be charged 50% of the adult price.

Is travel insurance included?

No. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance in your home country before your trip for full coverage, including medical emergencies, trip interruptions, and cancellations.

08:20 – 08:45 | Our bus will pick you up from your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarters to Ha Long Bay. (We also pick-up from Ninh Binh or Ha Long City upon request).
11:30 | Arrive at Indochina Junk Office, take rest at the Waiting Lounge before transferring to Cruise.
11:50 – 12:15 | Go to the port by Electric Car.
12:30 – 13:00 | Welcome to Dragon Legend Cruise. Cruise begins with a welcome drink and safety briefing.
13:15 | Have lunch while cruising to magnificent Bai Tu Long Bay; admire the fascinating formations on the way.
14:30 | Explore the well- hidden Thien Canh Son Cave.
15:00 | Enjoy kayaking to explore the limestone karsts in the bay.
16:35 | Back to junk for refreshing and watch the sunset on board.
17:15 | Join a Vietnamese cuisine cooking demonstration (Banh Xeo).

07:45 | Visit Vung Vieng fishing village by a rustic rowboat, meet the local people and pass through the floating school and fish farms.
08:45 | Return to the cruise for relaxation and leisure.

09:45 – 10:00 | Check out and enjoy some free time to relax, capture memorable photos as the cruise passes through a stunning limestone island area.
10:15 | Enjoy a buffet while the cruise continues its journey on the bay.
11:30 – 12:00 | The cruise returns to the International Port of Ha Long. Drive to Yen Duc village in Dong Trieu province for a short break in this typical Vietnamese agricultural village which is rich in culture and traditions.
