What should I bring for the cruise?

We recommend bringing swimwear, sunscreen, sunglasses, warm clothing (for November to March), insect repellent, comfortable walking shoes, any personal medication, and a valid passport for check-in. It’s also helpful to have some cash, a phone with an internet-enabled SIM card, and of course, a camera to capture Halong Bay’s stunning scenery. Don’t forget to pack a good appetite and a positive attitude to fully enjoy your cruise experience!

How does the pickup and drop-off work?

We provide pickup and drop-off services from Hanoi Old Quarter, Ninh Binh Center, and Ha Long City. You can choose between a comfortable bus or a luxury limousine, depending on your package. After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation with your exact pickup time and location. We ensure a smooth and timely transfer to and from your destination.

Do they cater to special dietary requirements?

Yes, we offer vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other special meals upon request. Please let us know your dietary needs at least 24 hours before departure so we can prepare accordingly.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

Our cancellation policy varies depeding on how early you cancel: More than 20 days before departure: Full refund 10-20 days before departure: 50% refund 7-10 days before departure: 30% refund Less than 7 days or no-show: No refund Please refer to our full cancellation policy on the booking page for more details.

What is the child policy?

Children from 1 to under 5 years old: Free of charge if they share meals and bed with parents (extra costs may apply). Children from 5 to under 10 years old: 75% of the adult price, sharing a room with parents. Children 10 years old and above are charged as adults. 1 child under 5 is allowed per 2 adults. The second child will be charged 50% of the adult price.

Is travel insurance included?

No. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance in your home country before your trip for full coverage, including medical emergencies, trip interruptions, and cancellations.

DAY 1: TUAN CHAU INTERNATIONAL PORT - SUPPRISE CAVE - TITOP ISLAND

07:45-08:30: Our bus will pick you up from your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarters to Ha Long Bay. (We also pick-up from Ninh Binh or Ha Long City upon request).

12:00 – CHECK-IN: Warmly welcomed by Aqua Elegance Cruise Team in Tuan Chau International Harbour. Complete the luggage check-in procedure at the waiting lounge before boarding for the cruise.

12:30 – ONBOARD: You check-in to the Cruise. The Cruise Manager and the whole crew member welcome you onboard, a safety briefing and clearing out the itinerary will be delivered while you are enjoying our signature welcome drink.

12:45 – HAPPY LUNCH: Lunch is served at our Aqua restaurant. As the cruise departs towards Halong Bay – a natural wonder of the world, absorb yourself in the gorgeous scenery and famous sights of limestone

14:45 – ACTIVITIES: The cruise stops at “Bo Nau” cave (Pelican Cave), the core area of the world’s natural heritage. Transferring by tender to “Sung Sot” Cave (Surprising cave) – the biggest and the most beautiful cave in Halong Bay.

15:45 – ACTIVITIES: Leaving Surprising cave, keep moving by tender to the Titov island was named by Uncle Ho, after Gherman Stepanovich Titov – the Soviet astronaut who visited in 1962. Enjoy swimming, relaxing on the beach or climbing the steps of the Rock to the top of the island. A magical panoramic view of Halong Bay will surprise you there.

17:00 – RELAX: Return to the main cruise, it’s the best time for relaxing, sunbathing on the sundeck, have an experience with spa treatment. The cruise moves to the overnight place .

18:00 – 19:00 – HAPPY HOUR: Special promotion: “Happy Hour – Buy 2 get 1 free” for the drink on sky-bar while the sun is giving way to stunning twilight.

18:30 – COOKING CLASS: A Cooking Demonstration of traditional Vietnamese dishes will be organized by AQUA Head Chef

19:00 – DINNER: A fusion set menu will be served to warm up your stomach after a long active day

20:30 – CHEERFUL EVENING: Freetime for evening activities: film entertainment, mini-games (in the dining room); squid fishing; massage… The Cruise Manager will be there to support you.

DAY 2: LUON CAVE – KAYAK - TUAN CHAU NTERNATIONAL PORT

06:00 – TAI-CHI CLASS: Good morning the Bay by joining Tai-Chi Exercise on the sundeck in 30 minutes whilst cruising to “Luon” Cave

06:45 – BREAKFAST: A light breakfast is ready to serve at the restaurant

07:30 – VISITING CAVE: Visit “Luon” cave – one of the caves which describe beautiful endemic then vegetation of Halong Bay. The visitor has 2 options to discover it: by kayak or by a traditional woven (bamboo) boat rowed by a local boatman.

09:00 – CHECK OUT: Come back to Aqua Elegance cruise, relax and pack the luggage. Leave the luggage outside the door. Aqua Elegance team will collect the luggage and take them to the port with you afterward

09:45 – BRUNCH: Enjoy a brunch buffet at the restaurant after check-out while cruising toward the port

11:00 – GOODBYE: Transfer back to Tuan Chau International Habour and disembarkation. Farewell to guests.

15:00 – 15:30: After the cruise tour, Our bus will drop you off at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarters. ( Drop-off in Ninh Binh or Ha Long City is also available upon request).
