What should I bring for the cruise?

We recommend bringing swimwear, sunscreen, sunglasses, warm clothing (for November to March), insect repellent, comfortable walking shoes, any personal medication, and a valid passport for check-in. It’s also helpful to have some cash, a phone with an internet-enabled SIM card, and of course, a camera to capture Halong Bay’s stunning scenery. Don’t forget to pack a good appetite and a positive attitude to fully enjoy your cruise experience!

How does the pickup and drop-off work?

We provide pickup and drop-off services from Hanoi Old Quarter, Ninh Binh Center, and Ha Long City. You can choose between a comfortable bus or a luxury limousine, depending on your package. After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation with your exact pickup time and location. We ensure a smooth and timely transfer to and from your destination.

Do they cater to special dietary requirements?

Yes, we offer vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other special meals upon request. Please let us know your dietary needs at least 24 hours before departure so we can prepare accordingly.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

Our cancellation policy varies depeding on how early you cancel: More than 20 days before departure: Full refund 10-20 days before departure: 50% refund 7-10 days before departure: 30% refund Less than 7 days or no-show: No refund Please refer to our full cancellation policy on the booking page for more details.

What is the child policy?

Children from 1 to under 5 years old: Free of charge if they share meals and bed with parents (extra costs may apply). Children from 5 to under 10 years old: 75% of the adult price, sharing a room with parents. Children 10 years old and above are charged as adults. 1 child under 5 is allowed per 2 adults. The second child will be charged 50% of the adult price.

Is travel insurance included?

No. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance in your home country before your trip for full coverage, including medical emergencies, trip interruptions, and cancellations.

Day 01: HALONG – LAN HA – DARK & BRIGHT CAVE

07:45-08:30 | Our bus will pick you up from your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarters to Ha Long Bay. (We also pick-up from Ninh Binh or Ha Long City upon request).

12:00 – 14:00 | Moving from Tuan Chau International port to Venus Cruises on tender/ Cano. After boarding, Cruise Manager will give a brief about safety regulations and tours. Lunch will be served while the boat is sailing deeper to Lan Ha Bay. Room key can be handle to guests before, during or after the lunch finishes.

14:00 – 15:00 | Cabin check in and Relax.

15:00 – 16:30 | Cruises anchor at Dark & Bright Cave area and start the first activity of the trip – visiting Cave on Rowing bamboo Boat.

17:00 – 18:00 | swimming around the cruises.

17:30 – 18:30 | enjoy Sunset party (snack, fruit, tea), the cooking demonstration will take place from 18:00 – 18:30 giving more taste to the Sunset of the Seas.

17:00 – 19:00 | it will be more flavor to watch the Sun falling down off sky while sipping drinks at Happy Hour promotion price.
