What should I bring for the cruise?

We recommend bringing swimwear, sunscreen, sunglasses, warm clothing (for November to March), insect repellent, comfortable walking shoes, any personal medication, and a valid passport for check-in. It’s also helpful to have some cash, a phone with an internet-enabled SIM card, and of course, a camera to capture Halong Bay’s stunning scenery. Don’t forget to pack a good appetite and a positive attitude to fully enjoy your cruise experience!

How does the pickup and drop-off work?

We provide pickup and drop-off services from Hanoi Old Quarter, Ninh Binh Center, and Ha Long City. You can choose between a comfortable bus or a luxury limousine, depending on your package. After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation with your exact pickup time and location. We ensure a smooth and timely transfer to and from your destination.

Do they cater to special dietary requirements?

Yes, we offer vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other special meals upon request. Please let us know your dietary needs at least 24 hours before departure so we can prepare accordingly.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

Our cancellation policy varies depeding on how early you cancel: More than 20 days before departure: Full refund 10-20 days before departure: 50% refund 7-10 days before departure: 30% refund Less than 7 days or no-show: No refund Please refer to our full cancellation policy on the booking page for more details.

What is the child policy?

Children from 1 to under 5 years old: Free of charge if they share meals and bed with parents (extra costs may apply). Children from 5 to under 10 years old: 75% of the adult price, sharing a room with parents. Children 10 years old and above are charged as adults. 1 child under 5 is allowed per 2 adults. The second child will be charged 50% of the adult price.

Is travel insurance included?

No. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance in your home country before your trip for full coverage, including medical emergencies, trip interruptions, and cancellations.

11:30-12:00 | Check-in at Paradise Suites Hotel on Tuan Chau Island.

12:00 – 12:30 | You will be transferred to the pier to embark on Paradise Grand cruise by a 5-star speedboat.

12:30 | The speedboat start sailing to take you on board Paradise Grand cruise.

12:45 | You will be given a short briefing about your cruise while sipping your welcome drink aboard the Paradise Grand cruise.

13:00 | Lunch will be served in the La Espacia Restaurant while Paradise Grand Cruise to the islands and islets of stunning Lan Ha Bay.

14:30 | After lunch, you can take time to contemplate the beauty of Lan Ha Bay or indulge yourself in Spa Treatment*.

14:45-16:30 | The first’s trip stop is the magnificent Dark and Bright Cave; you will be transported there by locals rowing bamboo boats. It is a poetic and stunning location that acts as an accessway to a beautiful and tranquil lake, surrounded by walls of stones in different scales and sizes.

15:45-16:15 | For guests not participating in Dark and Bright Cave visiting, afternoon tea will be served at your choice of tea or coffee with homemade cookies and pastries in Piano Lounge.

17:30-19:00 | At sundown, Paradise Grand cruises will anchor overnight. This is the perfect time for you to enjoy Happy Hour (buy 1 get 1 free from 17:30 to 18:30) and cooking class on the notable Vietnamese dish while being serenaded by a live music performance by Philippines band** at L’Odyssée Sundeck or Piano Lounge.

07:30 – 08:30 | Your last trip stop is Ao Ech – a place famous for its unspoiled beauty and tranquillity. Admire rocky mountains surrounding clear water and small pristine sandy beaches. Paradise Vietnam guests are free to explore by kayaking* or stand up paddle boarding*, especially this summer; visitors can experience exciting thrills with family and friends on a float for the first time in Lan Ha bay.

08:30 | Back on board, breakfast will be served as we once again cruise back to the harbour before your bill settlement and check-out.

09:30-10:00 | After breakfast, you may settle your bills and return the room keys to the reception area. Then you may enjoy your remaining moments at Piano Lounge or on Sundeck overlooking the astonishing view of Lan Ha Bay.

10:15-10:30 | After disembarking from Paradise Grand cruise, you will be transferred on a speedboat to return to Tuan Chau Marina.

15:00 – 15:30 | After the cruise tour, Our bus will drop you off at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarters. ( Drop-off in Ninh Binh or Ha Long City is also available upon request).
